The Presentation Transformation programs grew out of our founder’s passion to help leaders and rising leaders learn how to bring their excellence to the front of every room, Zoom, and camera.
Gerry Sandusky is a longtime TV broadcaster and the play-by-play voice of the NFL’s Baltimore Ravens. He is also a highly sought after speaker and leadership communication coach.
His experience helping thousands of leaders and rising leaders led him to creating a system and a team that is focused on helping leaders and rising leaders expand their influence, increase their confidence, grow their career, and present themselves and their companys as experts in front of any audience.
That team is now growing around the country using the systems and tools Gerry developed to help leaders—just like you—become leaders nobody can compete with by turning you into presenters people cancel plans to hear.

Gerry Sandusky is the play-by-play voice for the NFL’s Baltimore Ravens, a New York Times best-selling author of Forgotten Sundays, and the sports director for Baltimore’s NBC affiliate, WBAL-TV.
The son of former NFL coach, Gerry has found his own niche in coaching as president of The Sandusky Group, a leadership communication company. Gerry is The Communication Coach who helps leaders expand their influence, income, and career potential by becoming better communicators in front of the room, zoom, and the camera.
Gerry is also a three-time Emmy and two-time Edward R. Award winning broadcaster who lives in Baltimore, Maryland with his wife Lee Ann.
Tiffany Aidoo

Tiffany Aidoo is a record-breaking former collegiate athlete, excelling sportscaster, and advocate of the power of sport. She graduated from Tulane University where she earned a full athletic scholarship as a member of the basketball team and later earned her Master’s of Liberal Arts.
In her most recent endeavors, she entered the spotlight as a sports analyst for ESPN+ where she covers all of Tulane Women’s Basketball home games. Tiffany has also made special guest appearances on local sports news coverage highlighting LSU Women’s Basketball 2023 National Championship title, 2024 NCAA Tournament First and Second rounds on WDSU, as well as co-hosted IWC Schaffhausen’s Chrono Challenge with Formula 1 legend David Coulthard which included professional athletes and community advocates like Lewis Hamilton ahead of the 2023 Miami Grand Prix. Additionally, Tiffany is part of the Laureus Sport for Good USA team, which is a global foundation propelling the power of sport as a tool for youth development and social change.
Larry Dukes

Larry is the founder of several successful entrepreneurial startups, providing subject matter and technical solutions in healthcare, finance, banking, and telecom. He has expertise in scoring models and predictive analytics measuring customer behavior and other business outcomes. Larry has authored an industry-specific book on financial analytics and authored a US patent for a risk scoring system.
